Art not just for art's Sake
http:/beyondartssake.blogspot.com/
It is a movement to bridge the gap between artists, art lovers, and charitable individuals; making art accessible to everyone regardless of financial, social or cultural background.
It is a space in the World Wide Web where artworks of amateurs and professionals are placed side by side, towards a common goal of fostering charity, one artwork at a time.
It is a group of individuals who are willing to share their time, effort, and resources to give artists a venue to share their artworks, in any form, for the benefit of our countrymen in need.

my hands are small but...
*

... these will help me sail than race.
This raft and kids photo was captured by Mark Salvador, a blogger/wanderer/dreamer who has been sending a kid to school through WORLD VISION. Receiving thank you letters and making a stranger in a corner of the world live a better life is indeed all worth it. Read his story here.
*
The Pens of Hope Project is now touching the hearts and souls of the South. Here's to more pencils and school supplies, bigger zest for kids every time they write their names and dreams down.
